A hooded wizard cloak with a darker, eerie edge: less storybook sorcerer, more mysterious figure at the back of the room.
For Halloween in the city, it works best with a hidden face. Raise the hood, add a plain black mask or deep shadow around the eyes, and wear all black underneath. For a clear sorcerer, add a staff and a heavy pendant; for something eerier, stay still in photos and let the hood carry the mood.
