Age Policy
21+ entry
All Halloween NYC 2026 events are 21 years of age and older only, with no exceptions, regardless of ticket type, Passport status, or accompaniment by a parent or guardian.
Valid ID required
Every guest must present a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport) matching the name on file at the door. Venue security has sole discretion to determine whether an ID is acceptable.
No admission for minors
Guests who cannot provide valid proof of age will be denied entry. This applies even if a ticket was already purchased.
Refunds for age-related denial
Entry denied due to a failure to provide valid ID or meet the age requirement is not grounds for a refund from Halloween NYC 2026, Nine & Up Group LLC, or the venue. See our Refund Policy for how ticket remedies are generally handled.
Privacy Policy
Information we collect directly
This website does not require you to create an account or submit payment information directly to Halloween NYC 2026. If you choose to sign up for emails, we collect the email address you enter (see Email sign-ups below). Basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) may be collected automatically through standard web server and hosting logs, consistent with any website.
Information handled by ticketing platforms
When you purchase a ticket, your name, email, and payment details are collected and processed directly by the ticketing platform you use (the ticket links on this website go to Trybe), under that platform's own privacy policy — not by this website. Review the ticketing platform's privacy policy before completing a purchase.
Costume shop orders
Costume orders are placed through a checkout run by Shopify. Shopify collects your name, email, shipping address and payment details to process and ship your order, under Shopify's privacy policy. We receive your order details so we can fulfil it and handle support.
Email sign-ups
If you sign up for emails on this website, we collect your email address and a record of when you gave consent. Your sign-up is stored with Shopify, the service that runs our online shop, so we can send you Halloween NYC 2026 event updates and offers. We keep your email address while you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record of that so we do not email you again. To have your email address deleted, write to info@halloweennyc2026.com. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by writing to info@halloweennyc2026.com. We do not sell your email address.
