A legal disclaimer
Halloween NYC 2026 is a Halloween event program operated by Nine & Up Group LLC (“Nine & Up,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of halloweennyc2026.com, participation in Halloween NYC 2026 events, use of the Halloween Passport, and interactions with our customer-support channels.
Terms & Conditions - the basics
By using this website, joining a waitlist, submitting a form, purchasing or attempting to purchase tickets through an authorized ticketing platform, attending an event, or using a Halloween Passport credential, you agree to these Terms.
1. EVENT INFORMATION Halloween NYC 2026 includes independently ticketed, 21+ nightlife event experiences taking place in New York City from Thursday, October 29, 2026 through Saturday, October 31, 2026. Event details, including date, time, venue, location, entry instructions, ticket availability, performers, amenities, dress guidance, and policies, may be updated when operationally necessary. Always review the latest information on the applicable event page and in your official ticket confirmation before attending.
2. AGE REQUIREMENT AND IDENTIFICATION Unless an individual event page expressly states otherwise, all Halloween NYC 2026 events are strictly 21+. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry. Entry may be denied to any guest who cannot provide acceptable identification, appears to be underage, presents altered, expired, or invalid identification, or fails to meet venue or security requirements. No refund, credit, or compensation is guaranteed for denied entry resulting from failure to meet age-verification or identification requirements.
3. TICKETS AND AUTHORIZED PLATFORMS Event tickets and, when released, Halloween Passport access may be sold through authorized third-party ticketing platforms. The applicable ticket platform’s terms, payment rules, transfer rules, delivery process, fees, and customer-support policies may also apply. Only purchase tickets through links identified as official by Halloween NYC 2026, Nine & Up Group LLC, the applicable venue, or an authorized ticketing platform. We are not responsible for tickets obtained from unauthorized sellers, counterfeit tickets, fraudulent listings, altered tickets, or tickets that are voided due to a purchaser’s breach of applicable terms.
4. ENTRY, SECURITY AND VENUE RULES Admission is subject to venue rules, security procedures, lawful safety requirements, capacity limits, and the discretion of venue security and event management. Guests may be subject to ID verification, ticket or credential verification, bag checks, security screening, dress/costume restrictions, prohibited-item rules, and other reasonable entry procedures. Weapons, illegal substances, dangerous items, counterfeit identification, and conduct that threatens the safety, comfort, or lawful enjoyment of others are prohibited. Guests may be denied entry or removed without refund when necessary for safety, security, law, venue rules, or material violation of these Terms.
5. COSTUMES AND CONDUCT Costumes are strongly encouraged unless otherwise stated on an event page. Guests remain responsible for ensuring costumes, props, and accessories comply with applicable laws, venue rules, safety standards, and security instructions. Costumes, props, or behavior that create a safety risk, obstruct visibility or movement, contain prohibited items, impersonate law enforcement or emergency personnel, violate venue rules, or harass others may result in denied entry or removal. Respect staff, performers, venue personnel, security, and other guests. Harassment, discrimination, violence, unwanted physical contact, theft, vandalism, or unsafe conduct will not be tolerated.
6. EVENT CHANGES, POSTPONEMENT OR CANCELLATION Events may be modified, postponed, relocated, rescheduled, or cancelled due to circumstances including safety concerns, weather, venue requirements, government action, transportation disruption, force majeure events, artist or vendor availability, operational needs, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. If a material event change occurs, updates will be communicated through the official ticket platform and/or official Halloween NYC 2026 channels when reasonably possible. Ticket remedies, including any refund, exchange, or credit, are governed by applicable law, the official ticket platform’s terms, and the Ticketing & Refund Policy.
7. HALLOWEEN PASSPORT The Halloween Passport is subject to separate Passport Terms when released. Unless expressly stated in finalized Passport Terms, a Passport does not mean unlimited access, guaranteed entry at any time, universal ticket scanning, or transferable admission. Passport access may require valid ID, credential verification, guest-roster verification, an event RSVP, timely arrival, compliance with venue rules, and available capacity. A Passport credential may be denied, voided, or suspended if it is altered, duplicated, transferred without authorization, obtained fraudulently, used in violation of event rules, or associated with unsafe or unlawful conduct.
8. VIP TABLES AND RESERVATIONS VIP table requests do not create a confirmed reservation. A table is confirmed only after availability is approved and any required deposit or payment is successfully received under the applicable reservation terms. Minimum spends, deposits, taxes, gratuities, table placement, guest-count limits, arrival requirements, cancellation rules, and inclusions are subject to the final written reservation confirmation and venue policies.
9. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO AND RECORDING Events may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or otherwise recorded. By attending, you understand that your image, voice, likeness, and appearance may be captured incidentally and used in connection with event documentation, promotion, editorial content, and marketing, where permitted by law. If you have a specific concern regarding photography or recording, contact event staff or use the Contact page before attending. This section does not override rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be waived.

We do not control third-party websites or their policies. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms, privacy policies, payment rules, and practices.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, attendance and participation are at your own risk. Nine & Up Group LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, personal injury, delay, or other harm except where liability cannot be lawfully excluded. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit consumer rights or legal protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.

AGE POLICY
ALL HALLOWEEN NYC 2026 EVENTS ARE 21+ UNLESS AN INDIVIDUAL EVENT PAGE EXPRESSLY STATES OTHERWISE.
1. VALID ID REQUIRED Every guest must present valid government-issued photo identification for entry. Acceptable identification is subject to venue security and applicable law. Guests should bring a current, physical government-issued photo ID. Digital copies, screenshots, photographs of identification, expired documents, altered documents, or identification belonging to another person may not be accepted.
2. NO EXCEPTIONS No exceptions will be made for guests who are under 21, cannot provide acceptable identification, present invalid identification, or cannot complete the venue’s required age-verification process.
3. TICKETS DO NOT OVERRIDE AGE REQUIREMENTS Possession of a ticket, Passport credential, guest-list placement, VIP inquiry, or reservation does not override the 21+ requirement. A guest who cannot verify age may be denied entry, even if a ticket was purchased in advance.
4. DENIED ENTRY Guests denied entry because they are underage, cannot show valid ID, use invalid or altered identification, or fail age-verification procedures may not be eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer. See the Ticketing & Refund Policy and the applicable ticket platform’s terms.
5. EVENT-SPECIFIC RULES Individual venues may impose additional identification, security, costume, bag, conduct, or entry rules. Review the official event page and your ticket confirmation before attending.
