LAST UPDATED: [27/08/2026]
A legal disclaimer
Halloween NYC 2026 is operated by Nine & Up Group LLC. This policy applies to tickets and related customer-support questions for Halloween NYC 2026 events, subject to the terms of the authorized ticketing platform through which a ticket was purchased.
1. OFFICIAL TICKET SOURCES
Tickets must be purchased through an official link published by Halloween NYC 2026, Nine & Up Group LLC, the applicable venue, or an authorized ticketing platform. Tickets acquired from unauthorized third parties may be invalid, counterfeit, cancelled, duplicated, or denied entry. We are not responsible for tickets purchased through unofficial resale channels or fraudulent websites.
2. TICKET DELIVERY AND ORDER SUPPORT
Ticket delivery, payment processing, order confirmation, account access, and ticket retrieval are generally handled by the ticketing platform used for your purchase. For ticket-delivery, billing, payment, account-access, or platform-specific questions, first contact the ticketing platform shown on your purchase confirmation. If you still need help, submit a request through: info@halloweennyc2026.com Please include: - Your full name - Event name and date - Email used at purchase - Ticket platform - Order or confirmation number - A clear description of the issue
3. ALL SALES AND FINALITY
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, stated in the official ticket listing, or approved in writing by the applicable ticketing platform and organizer, tickets are final sale. Do not interpret this policy as removing any refund, exchange, or other consumer right that cannot be waived under applicable law.
4. EVENT CANCELLATION
If an event is cancelled and is not rescheduled, eligible ticket purchasers will be notified through the official ticket platform or official event communications where reasonably possible. Any refund, credit, exchange, or other remedy will be handled according to applicable law, the official ticket platform’s terms, the venue agreement, and the circumstances of the cancellation.
5. POSTPONEMENT, RESCHEDULING OR LOCATION CHANGE
If an event is postponed, rescheduled, relocated, or materially changed, ticket holders will be notified through the official ticket platform and/or official Halloween NYC 2026 communications where reasonably possible. Available remedies may depend on the nature of the change, applicable law, the ticket platform’s policies, venue requirements, and final event terms. Contact the official ticket source for your order if you have a question about an affected event.
6. TICKET TRANSFERS AND RESALE
Ticket transfer and resale rules are determined by the platform through which your ticket was purchased and the final event rules. Do not transfer, resell, duplicate, alter, reproduce, or distribute tickets in violation of ticket-platform terms, applicable law, or event rules. Tickets associated with fraud, unauthorized resale, duplication, chargebacks, non-payment, altered information, or policy violations may be voided.
7. DENIED ENTRY
A ticket does not guarantee entry if a guest fails to meet stated age, identification, venue, security, behavior, costume, arrival, ticket-validity, or capacity requirements. Guests may be denied entry or removed without refund if they: - Are under 21 or cannot provide valid government-issued ID - Present invalid, altered, fraudulent, or borrowed identification - Present an invalid, duplicated, altered, cancelled, or unauthorized ticket - Violate venue, security, health, safety, conduct, or costume rules - Are intoxicated to an unsafe degree or engage in unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, or disruptive conduct - Arrive after a published boarding or entry cutoff - Fail to follow reasonable directions from venue staff, security, or event management
8. HALLOWEEN PASSPORT
Halloween Passport access is governed by final Passport Terms when released. Until final Passport Terms are published: - Passport access is not described as unlimited access. - Passport access is not unconditional guaranteed entry. - Passport access may require ticket redemption, valid ID, credential verification, a guest roster, RSVP, timely arrival, capacity controls, and event-specific rules. - Passport credentials may not be transferable. - Lost, altered, duplicated, or unauthorized credentials may not be honored.
9. VIP TABLE INQUIRIES AND DEPOSITS VIP
table inquiries do not constitute a confirmed booking. For the current Eden table example, a Table for 6 may require a $150 reservation deposit and a $1,500 minimum spend, plus applicable tax and gratuity. The $150 reservation deposit secures the table and does not apply toward the minimum spend. Final table terms, including whether any payment is refundable, transferable, credited, forfeited, or subject to cancellation restrictions, must appear in the final written reservation confirmation. Do not rely on an inquiry form as confirmation of a table.
10. BOAT / CRUISE EVENT TERMS Haunting on the Hudson boarding location, vessel details, boarding instructions, departure/return timing, safety requirements, weather procedures, and guest rules will be published when confirmed. Guests must follow published boarding deadlines and vessel/crew instructions. A ticket or Passport credential does not guarantee boarding after the final boarding cutoff or in circumstances where boarding cannot safely occur.
11. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Before initiating a payment dispute, please contact the ticket platform and/or Halloween NYC 2026 support with your order details. Fraudulent or improper payment disputes may result in ticket cancellation or other action permitted by the ticket platform and law. 12.
